She is considered an expert in managed care contracting and in building “win-win” contractual relationships between parties.
Sheri B. Cohen -- As a Financial and Accounting Consulting Associate, Ms. Cohen employs her twenty-year diverse experience in accounting and finance to develop financial and accounting solutions for our clients’ future growth and success. Deneen P. Hadley -- As a Senior Healthcare Consultant, Ms. Hadley possesses an acute understanding of the healthcare community from both the health plan and integrated hospital systems prospective. Having spent a significant portion of her career in the publicly traded sector of healthcare, Deneen adds a unique prospective of healthcare challenges facing both the private, public and community-owned healthcare systems. Her business development and contracting skills assist our clients in meeting their financial goals and minimizing the challenges all healthcare organizations face today. Colleen M. Nevins, R.N., Health Care Consultant. Ms. Nevins is unique, as her experience spans a broad base of clinical and financial operations.  Her HMO and IPA experience dating to 1989, includes utilization and quality management, as well as operations management related to contract development and implementation, claims review and oversight, credentialing and data analysis.  As a California Registered Nurse, she has the ability to assist clients with their clinical/financial analysis needs, as well as their quality improvement and utilization management needs.  Additionally, Ms. Nevins has gained much experience in developing site-specific policy and procedures in the above areas.
